Please print and complete the application (for NC Pre-K) or the PCPS Enrollment Forms (for Kindergarten) and return them to the Pamlico County Primary School office beginning May 11. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 - 2:00. If you wish, you can scan your completed forms and email them to Stefanie Hill, PCPS Data Manager, at stefaniehill@pamlicoschools.org . The following items are needed to complete your application: (1) A copy of your child's birth certificate, (2) proof of residency in Pamlico County, and (3) for NC Pre-K, proof of at least one month's household income.
