Principal's Message

Welcome to Pamlico County Primary School!

I’m thrilled to welcome you to Pamlico County Primary School as we begin what promises to be a fantastic 2025–2026 school year. As both principal and a proud member of the Pamlico County community, it is my privilege and honor to serve the incredible students and families of our school.

This year marks my fifth year as a principal in Pamlico County Schools and my third year leading the dedicated team here at PCPS. Previously, I served as principal of Fred A. Anderson Elementary and as assistant principal at Pamlico County High School. These experiences, along with my background as an elementary school teacher, have given me a deep understanding of the path our students travel from their earliest school days all the way to graduation. I strongly believe that success in the later years begins with a solid foundation, and that’s exactly what we strive to build for each child at PCPS.

We take great pride in nurturing each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth, and we do so in a safe, welcoming environment where every student is known, valued, and supported.
